01 Project Overview
A comprehensive clinic management platform serving a 4-branch private healthcare group in Ho Chi Minh City. The system manages the entire patient lifecycle — from online appointment booking to prescription history and billing — across all branches with centralized reporting.
The Challenge
The clinic group was using a mix of paper records, spreadsheets, and legacy software that couldn't sync between branches. Patients were double-booked, records were lost, and management had no real-time visibility into clinic performance.
Our Solution
We built a React-based web application with a Node.js/Express API and MySQL database optimized for healthcare data relationships. Role-based access control ensures doctors, nurses, receptionists, and managers each see only what they need. Real-time sync via WebSocket keeps all branches in sync.
